Spiced Mango Puree (ripe mango cooked with juniper, cumin, peppercorns, and coriander) 1T (approx. 15mL)
Greek Yogurt
1 Pinch Pink Salt
Shake
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with the same spices used in the puree, toasted and crushed

Add Premium Jaan Liqueur, Bombay Sapphire Gin, and coconut water to the shaker
Squeeze in lime and shake
Strain the drink in a martini glass and enjoy
